Ordering, Processing and Delivery

How do I order?

To order online, simply add the items you want to buy to your shopping cart then proceed to the checkout. If you would like to order via email simply complete a Mudpie order form and email it to sales@mudpie.com.au (Payment for email orders is by direct bank deposit only).

What if my item is out of stock?

Most items are in stock and will be shipped within 10 working days.
At times there can be unforeseen demand on particular items. If an item that you have ordered has become unexpectedly unavailable we will let you know via email and also give you a timeframe for that product. You can choose whether to wait for it or request a refund.
We make every effort to ensure that the website is up to date and should a product become permanently unavailable, we will remove it from the website as soon as is practically possible.

How much is postage?

Shipping in Australia is via Australia Post or Courier with a flat rate Australia wide of $12.95.
All prices are in Australian Dollars and all prices include GST.

How long will it take?

Postage time is dependent upon the delivery address location in Australia.
International Orders are not accepted via the website at this time. If you are outside Australia and would like to order an item please email us at Mudpie to see if this is possible and to obtain a postage quote.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming that it is on its way - please add Mudpie to your safe-sender list to ensure that you receive any emails relating to your order. You can check on the status of your order in the "My Account" area of our website, once you have logged in.

How do I pay?

We must receive cleared payment in full for the total value of the order before we will accept and start processing your order. The following methods of payment are accepted:

• Paypal

  Use funds from your Paypal Account or use your credit card securely via the PayPal Payment System

• Credit Card

  Currently, we only accept credit card payments made via Paypal.

• Direct Deposit

Upon completion of checkout you will receive an automatically generated confirmation/invoice via email, with the type of payment that you have chosen shown on the invoice.
If you do not receive your email, please check your junk/trash folder and place Mudpie on your safe sender list, so that you receive all emails regarding your order. If you have chosen to pay by direct deposit, Australia Post Money Order or cheque, we will allow 10 working days for your payment to reach us, if it has not arrived within the 10 working days you will be notified and the transaction will be cancelled.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return period. Please contact us immediately if anything is damaged or missing. We will correct, replace, or adjust any errors as soon as possible. If any product does not meet with your full approval, we will make it right by exchange, credit, or refund. Please email us for instructions and return authorization.

• Return the goods in their original condition
• Please send a copy of your original invoice with the item(s)

What about my privacy?

We respect your privacy. We do not sell our customer list or newsletter list to any third party. These are for our eyes only. The Mudpie web site counts how many people visit the site and which pages people visit. These statistics are anonymous and do not identify any individual.
We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to secure online commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet. We do not store your credit card information, and once your order is processed it is deleted from our system.
